I’m a disabled senior woman on social security disability w/ 2 indoor only emotional support cats. Need w/d use, small storage space, bathroom use and place to plug in chest freezer full of food. Fridge space for vegetables and dairy. Prefer established home with a room for rent for me and cats. Prefer Washington County for benefits of transportation and doctors, SNAP, Currently living in 1 bedroom apt w rent that keeps going up. Rent of $1000 would need to include utilities also. I’m non drinker, non smoker. Have references, if needed. 2 adult daughter’s, probably won’t visit Have lived in Wash. Co. Whole life. No special equipment or ramps needed. Use cane. Needs to be on ground floor, no stairs, please. Texts, please. Don’t answer numbers that I dont already know, always answer texts. Not on social media, nothing to hide, just no interest in wasting time on STUFF! No criminal record, poor credit due to high unaffordable rents in recent past. Unpaid medical bills. Clean up after myself and cats. I spend most of my time in my room, watching tv or reading. Do need internet service if available, for computer ppwk and renewing benefit applications. Qualified for section 8, but unable to find anything in Washington County OREGON, taking cats and for my available rent. Looking in Tigard, Tualatin, Sherwood, L.O., and surroundings.
