I’m moving to New York at the end of May to look for work in film and tv, so I’m looking to sublet a place for a few months before I get on my feet (June-end of August or September). I value a clean space and sharing chores. I also value a safe space (ie locking the front door). During weeknights I like a space to be quiet, but I have no problem with a roommate hosting guests during the evening or later over the weekend. I wouldn’t mind chatting with a roommate over dinner or something, but I can also coexist with someone who isn’t super talkative.
