I’m a 26-year-old AI Engineer moving to New York to work full-time in Midtown. I keep a very balanced and grounded lifestyle at home.

Reliable & Professional: I’ll be at the office Monday through Friday, so I have a very consistent routine. You won’t have to worry about rent or bills being on time—I’m highly organized and value financial transparency.

Clean & Mindful: I’m a firm believer that a home should be a sanctuary. I’m naturally tidy, I always clean up after cooking, and I’m very respectful of shared spaces.

Low Drama: I’m easygoing and value open communication. If something needs to be addressed, I prefer a quick, friendly chat to keep things running smoothly.

Social but Independent: I’m always down for a quick chat about our day or a weekend coffee, but I also value my own downtime and completely respect others’ need for privacy and quiet.
