I am looking to rent a room for 6-12 months. I am ok with a shared bathroom. I am reliable and financially stable. My budget is $1,000 per month with utilities included (if possible). I’m friendly, laid-back and trustworthy. I come with no drama; a drama-free and friendly environment is a priority. I’d like to move within the next 45 days, or no later than June 1.
