I work in the winter park area as a server. I make great money and am looking for a room to rent. I’m clean and always pick up after myself when using the kitchen or restroom . I’m not picky and I would say I’m cool nonchalant type of personality. I don’t let things bother me much. I’m usually never home and spend most of my time at work or coffee shops. Looking for other roomies who are easy going cool and chill too.
