I’m very considerate and clean. I have a small dog( 9 lbs) that has been house broken since 2015. I have one adult daughter that I would like to be able to come and visit me. Within the guidelines of the rental agreement. I am going to be getting enrolled in classes at delta and have other commitments throughout the day so I will be gone a majority of the day at least 4x a week I’m enthusiastic and value hard-work. To go back to my little loyal companion she is lovable and friendly.
