Hello! I’m starting a master’s at the Rutgers School of Health Professions next school year, and I’m looking for a a 12-month lease in Newark starting in August or September. I’m also open to up to a 45 minute bus commute from other areas near Newark.

I’m a non-smoker and prefer to live with others who don’t smoke indoors. I don’t have pets, but if you do I’m open to living with them. I’m quiet and respectful, and make an effort to keep shared spaces clean. I’m looking for roommates who do the same and who are good about splitting household responsibilities.

I’m friendly and open to chatting, but if you prefer to keep to yourself, I’m also comfortable with a quieter co-living situation.
