I work in Santa Rosa but I live out of state therefore I spend half of the month away. I work nights at a hospital and I am looking for a place that’s quiet and has fast WiFi. I have my own bedroom furniture and spend minimal time on common areas (only for cooking and laundry). Past renters have been happy with the arrangement because they hardly notice that I am present.
