My roommate and I are very easygoing and respectful. We communicate well, keep things low-key, and are not loud or disruptive. We’re both busy with school/work, so we’re hardly ever home and when we are, we value a calm and clean environment.

We’ve never been behind on rent and always pay on time. We’re responsible, reliable, and take shared spaces seriously, keeping things tidy and respecting boundaries.

We’re considerate of others’ schedules, don’t bring excessive guests over, and are mindful of noise. We’re just looking for a comfortable, drama-free living situation with someone who values the same.
