Looking for a roommate or two for an apartment or townhouse setup near the beach!

I’m clean, social, and generally prefer a collaborative household. I’d love to share a guest room/office space if we have an extra bedroom, split common household items reasonably (spices, milk, eggs, condiments, etc.), occasionally cook together, and have a home where having friends over is normal. I’m 420-friendly (I know how to make edibles), shoes-off indoors, and pet-friendly.

I’m generally a night owl and often stay up later than average. I try to be considerate about noise, but I do use the kitchen, shower, and move around the apartment at night. I’d be a great fit for someone with a similar schedule or who isn’t a particularly light sleeper.
