I’m a very easy-going, helpful and responsible person. Very respectful of people’s personal space and their possessions. I’m looking for a nice place to sleep every night while I work at an advertising agency in Midtown Miami and Biscayne Blvd. Work will have me busy most of the days except for certain weekends starting Fridays, when I’ll either work from home or from a café in the city. There will also be weekends where I’ll be either working or traveling locally to visit my relatives and will return on Sundays. Looking for a short-term, month-to-month rental. Let’s check vibes and take it from there.

Important facts about me:

• I do not own a car. Had a not so good experience with the purchase and upkeep of my first car and mechanic visits which costed me long-term. I rather use the Metro-mover or the buses. Therefore, I’m looking for something local to my job. Also, not needing to pay for parking spaces.

• I love dogs and cats a lot! Unfortunately, I’m allergic to most breeds (the ones that shed a lot of fur to be precise). To preserve my own health and coexist allergy-free, I’m more interested in a place that is pet-free.

Looking for furnished or unfurnished. Bringing my bedsheets and cover with me.
