What makes me a great person to live w/ is my charismatic, enthusiastic personality. I’m alll about the humor, I’m hardworking, goal oriented, very organized and very neat. I keep my space and belongings clean and neatly arranged. I am drama free, I have an extremely small social circle, and not even in a relationship. I do have an 18 year old son whom resides in a residential group home. The majority of our visitations will most likely be outside of my premises, not near the residence. I like to be out as much as possible so there won’t be any worries of my being in anyone’s way. I am not stingy, I do not mind sharing what I have. Most importantly. I don’t have any evictions on my record, I jave always been on time w my rent. You won’t be disappointed.
