I’m extremely respectful of space, boundaries, property, and privacy. I’m reliable with rent payment. I’m nice and personable. I keep to myself, and clean up any messes I make. I work mornings, but I’m looking for a second job. I enjoy cannabis, but I’m willing to take it outside, or even completely off the premises, if that’s your rule. I only have 2 dealbreakers.

1. Very allergic to cats.
2. I am very quiet, apart from a quiet fan or white noise machine running in my room, but I really want a quiet roommate(s). Never ending noise, especially after midnight, is something I can’t do.
