I’m going to be an FSCJ student this fall, moving from across the country, but I’ll be a pilot student at the Cecil Airport campus so there’s no student housing nearby. I’m looking for something safe, whether it’s other female students or single adult females. I am an independent person that will be very busy with school, flight lessons and work (I’ll be finding a serving job) and gone majority of the time, so I just need somewhere quiet and safe and close to campus. I am responsible, very mature for my age, I don’t smoke, vape, have pets or anything like that. I have a good credit score, a high GPA, I have an A+ resume for am 18 year old and I can provide letters of recommendation for my the character. I will pass any background check with flying colors. I would also like a landlord that is willing to allow me to background check them, as I’ll be the vulnerable one in this situation.
