Hello! Looking for someone to room with. I’m 34 years old, I work 40+ hours a week. I’ve used Roomies to find a roommate twice before and it turned out well so here’s hoping for the same.
Budget is about 1k a month all bills considering so about 800ish max for rent. Looking for a house or duplex with a in house washer and dryer, a garage and backyard.
A bit about me: Sometimes a homebody but most of my free time is spent just going out somewhere if possible. I love hiking, Rock climbing and just being active in general.
But if I am home I’ll just be lounging around gaming or watching tv. I love tabletop games so game night could be a thing! LGBT+ friendly and Cannabis friendly (I don’t smoke), I don’t care, just be respectful of each other’s space and belongings.
I do have a 8 year old 45lb Aussie. He’s super friendly. He’s not aggressive and loves people, great with other cats & dogs as he’s submissive and loves playing. He is house and crate trained.
Currently living in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a garage, washer/dryer and backyard. When the lease ends, if interested we can renew. Rent would be 700 a month plus your half of utilities. One bedroom is the master bedroom with a ensuite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms have a detached bathroom.
Open to getting a background credit check or anything like that if needed. Interested in Teaming Up as well!
