Hello, I’m a very clean & responsible tenant and have a pretty routine but busy school & work schedule so I do enjoy coming home to peace & quiet too - I’m back at college to finish my degree. I clean up after myself & keep common areas tidy. I don’t have any pets, don’t smoke and don’t do drugs. I do have an 11 yr old daughter who will lives w/me & is caring, well-behaved & responsible. We both keep to ourselves but we love to go to the movies & hang out with family when we have time. I have a clean background as well being a public notary for over 20 yrs :)
