NOT looking to team up with other renters in search of a place but looking to live in an existing home with stable females , married couples, or a family with children. Preferably a family as I do now and have for the last 12 years so I know that we are on the same page hopefully as strong parents. Because of my 15 year old daughter living with me Sunday through Friday morning, a female MUST live the house and home must be both smoke and drug free. This includes vapes and marijuana! I’m am clean, considerate, drama-free, financially stable, and have good credit. We both have our own furniture and looking for 2 good sized bedrooms in a safe, suburban area between West Haven and Monroe with driveway parking.
