I just moved up here to Oregon, I’m looking for a cheap room, low/no deposit is preferable.

Pros:

I’m real quiet, plus I work long hours so I won’t be there much during the week.

I have a dog, he is well trained and good with other pets, kids, etc, he also has very short hair and so he doesn’t really shed.

I’m a real chill guy, I mostly keep to myself and as a roommate I don’t care what you do in the slightest as long as you don’t trash the place or be loud late a night.

Cons: Pot smoker, (I don’t mind not smoking in the building at whatever arraignment though)

I have a motorcycle, and although not obnoxiously loud, youll probably be able to hear it every time I leave on it
