Hi, I’m Aaron and I’ve lived in the Washington DC area my whole life (until now, potentially). I currently live with two roommates and we get along well. I share a bathroom with one of them as well without issue.

I’m hugely in favor of up-front communication - please tell me if and when I’m doing something annoying!! In all seriousness please just text me, I won’t be offended or hurt!! This has happened twice over the last few years (toilet seat when roommate was female and then recently leaving one of the lights on at night) and in both cases my main feeling was “thank God they’re telling me, I was not gonna figure that shit out on my own”

The one thing I should say up front is that I don’t always keep the most standard hours, so there’s a good chance at some points I would be eg using the microwave or taking a shower at 2am. In all cases I will try to be as quiet as possible but if you’re very sensitive to slight noise and light then consider yourself warned! I’m pretty open to either a more independent or a more engaged social situation.
