Hi! I’m a 26-year-old working professional. I’m respectful, clean, and easygoing, and I value a peaceful, comfortable living environment. I don’t smoke regularly—only occasionally (once every few months). I’m looking for a room with a private bathroom (toilet and shower in-unit). I’m totally fine with sharing the kitchen, and having in-unit laundry is a big plus for me. I may have my girlfriend visit about 1–3 times a week. She usually won’t stay overnight, though there may be occasional sleepovers. I’m responsible, pay rent on time, and keep shared spaces clean. Looking for a place with chill, respectful roommates.
