I will be 41 in June very early into a separation of 6 year. My daughter and I are still sharing a home together with her and her children. She is unable to make this an amicable separation. I would like to find someone able to split a $2,500- $3000 lease with myself my daughter and our dog Kyra for a year. My daughter is a very beautiful polite and creative young lady who turned 12 this year. KyraJo is our blueheeler shes a great dog good around other animals once she gets to knoe them and great with people. I have until July 6th to find us a better situation for us while I search for another home to purchase. I would prefer to find a female whome either has a daughter around the same age (12) or likes children and be kind to my daughter. Ideally atleast my age or older, have solid job and is peaceful to be around. I’m not looking for, wanting, or even ready for any kind of romantic or friends with benefits. So do not think that is why I would prefer a female over a male roommate. With that said- i would absolutely share a house with a male. But as I have a daughter I would need to meet you and decide if I would feel comfortable with you being around my daughter and having access to her things. Regardless of your gender.
