I’m a music director at a performance based music school and a travelling piano instructor. I’m also a licensed real estate agent and have dabbled with that line of work in the past.

Credit score is 729 as of writing and I live below my means. Plenty of income for my living budget. I’d ideally like to not commit to any more than 6 months as I have plans to pay off some personal debt and build some savings to move in on my own around that time.

I’m a very organized and goal-oriented person. I work 5-6 days a week and like to work out so I’m usually home early morning, gone most of the day, and home later at night.

I clean up after myself and prefer a clean environment and love to pitch in to help with that in communal spaces too so long as everyone contributes to that kind of work.

I cook very often to save money and to control my diet easier so I’d prefer unrestricted access to a decent kitchen. I like cooking for people from time to time and I don’t mind sharing food if asked, but in general my food is mine and needs permission to be consumed.

I’m also a musician so I have a piano keyboard and guitars and some studio gear. I have headphones and can make it quiet during early and late hours but it would be nice if I could play at a respectable volume during reasonable hours of the day when I’m home.

I’m in a long-term relationship with my girlfriend whom I love dearly. She is very nice and respectful of others. She will NOT be moving in, but I would like my living situation to be OK with her visiting and staying over 1-2 times a week.

All in all I’m a hard-working, ambitious, nice, polite, generous, professional, and non-judgemental kind of person. I’d thrive with similar minded people who want a clean, stable, and peaceful environment and who are also not shy to having open communication about how we can all work towards cohabitating in a way where everyone feels at home.
