I really believe in great personal hygiene & have always been a non smoker + have never done drugs. My health is great & do not take any prescription medications. I desire is for a clean home with a great friendly environment and please note that I would treat anyone’s property as if it were my own. I would also totally respect the homeowner’s privacy & upon initial interview ask them if there are any particular desires from their tenant. I have a great Honda Accord for personal transportation & would not need any favors for transportation needs. My present thoughts are being a tenant for a minimum of 2 or 3 years & possibly longer. A background check on me would also show a clean record.
