Hi! My name is Michael. I’m currently a full-time Radiation Therapy student in the Miami area while also working part-time with DoorDash/Uber to support myself through school. I’m very focused on my education and spend most of my time studying, working, or at clinicals, so I tend to live a pretty quiet and structured lifestyle.

I’m clean, respectful, dependable, and easy to get along with. I don’t smoke, I’m not into drama or partying, and I’m very mindful of shared spaces and other people’s privacy. I always pay bills on time and take pride in being responsible and communicative.

Right now I’m looking for a safe, stable, month-to-month room rental preferably near Aventura, Hollywood, Hallandale, or North Miami Beach. Furnished and utilities included would be ideal, but I’m flexible for the right fit.
