👨‍💻 About Me Background: Hi, I’m Yuan. I am a male CS PhD student at UTD specializing in Geometry Processing, Computer Graphics, and 3D Generative Models. I hold a Master’s from Zhejiang University and a Bachelor’s from Central South University, with publications in top conferences like CVPR, AAAI, and IJCAI.

Daily Routine: My academic schedule is quite demanding. Between running experiments, writing papers, and working as a Teaching Assistant for the “Computer Animation and Gaming” course, I spend most of my time at home quietly deriving formulas, coding, or grading. I am very quiet and respectful of shared spaces.

Lifestyle: I am absolutely smoke-free, drug-free, and alcohol-free. I maintain a regular daily routine, highly value cleanliness, and always clean up after myself in common areas. I don’t have pets, and I don’t throw parties or bring loud groups home.

🏡 What I’m Looking For Room Preference: I am looking to join a quiet house share. My ideal setup is a Master Bedroom or a spacious secondary bedroom with a private bathroom, giving me a dedicated and quiet space for my research.

Ideal Roommates: I’d love to live with fellow UTD grad students, PhDs, visiting scholars, or working professionals who share a similar lifestyle. Ideally, you are also non-smokers, quiet, and easy to communicate with. I respect personal boundaries and study time during the week, but I’m totally open to occasionally carpooling for groceries (like 99 Ranch) on weekends.
