Hi! My name is Luke, I’m a non-binary trans masc person looking for 1-2 roommates to move into a bigger place with. I’ve been living alone for a little over a year now and realized I really miss having people around and that kind of easy friendship at home :)

A little bit about me, I’m very friendly, optimistic, and easygoing. I work as a nurse and have been living in pdx for about a year and a half now and really like the area! I’d say I’m about medium social — I like my alone time but am mostly eager to hang out in communal spaces and lowkey hangs like movie & game nights (I host them every few weeks with my work friends), and I also enjoy getting out for activities with friends. Kinda an old soul, I like to chill with a cup of coffee/tea in the morning and do a crossword with my cats on my lap.

In my free time I’m usually swimming with my local masters team, skiing, been getting into ski traveling, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, or traveling—basically anything outdoors. I also love to cook and bake, especially for other people - something I’ve really missed living alone! I’m pescatarian but have no issues with living with those with other diets.

I have two cats, Simba 12y/o, whom I’ve had since he was a kitten, and Blu, my baby girl, she’s about 8mo. Neither do well with dogs so unfortunately that’s a dealbreaker but other cats should be fine!

I live in Beaverton, in a townhouse, rn a 1 bed 1 bath but I want to upgrade to the 2 bed 2 bath in my same complex or get a house with another roommate, would be lovely to have a yard! Budget is up to $1,800/mo plus utilities. I would like to stay in the Beaverton area since it’s so close to work, my pool and favorite Mtb trails.

I don’t drink but don’t mind alcohol in the house, would prefer non smokers.
