I recently sold my home in Bluffton, South Carolina, and relocated to the Cornelius/Davidson area of North Carolina. I’d like to find a place to rent for 6 to 12 months while I’m looking for a home to buy in Cornelius, Davidson, or Huntersville. Before moving to South Carolina, I owned my home in Clifton Park, New York. I’m originally from Boston.

Throughout the years, I’ve had several positive experiences both hosting in my home and living with roommates through Roomies.com, which has given me a strong appreciation for what makes a successful shared living arrangement: reliability, respect, clear communication, and a friendly, easygoing attitude.

My profession is an IT Project Manager. I enjoy playing pickleball, biking, spending time outdoors, and meeting up with friends. I’m financially stable, considerate of others, and looking for a welcoming home where everyone enjoys a comfortable and harmonious living environment.
