Hi, I recently sold my home in Bluffton S.C. and I’ve relocated to Davidson, NC. Since moving to Bluffton in 2024 from Clifton Park NY, I’ve had great experience hosting roommates through this roomies site, so I understand what it takes to be a respectful, easy-to-live-with housemate. My area of work is I.T. Project Manager (retired). I’m not a homebody so I’m out of the home during the day playing pickleball, bike riding, enjoying the outdoors, meeting up with friends, or volunteering.

I’m clean, responsible, and value a peaceful living environment. I do not smoke or drink, and I’m looking for a comfortable, well-kept space to share.
