Between the two of us, we bring a rare combo of practical skills and actual adult behavior: • Maintenance & Repairs: John can fix just about anything, so small issues don’t turn into disasters • Cleanliness: Shared spaces stay clean, organized, and taken care of because I tidy when I am bored.(no science experiments in the sink) • Cooking: Expect real meals, not just ramen survival mode • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable troubleshooting WiFi, devices, and general tech issues We’re both respectful of shared space, communicate clearly, and handle our responsibilities without needing reminders.
