I am retired and very active. I now live in Arizona part of the year, but used to live full time in Grand Junction. I have a small (5 lbs) 2 year old Yorkie who is house trained very well. I have daughters who live in Grand Junction with their families, and is part of the reason why I’d like to live back here a few months a year. I am very neat and clean and happy to help with housework. I have excellent credit and can give landlord references from places I’ve lived in Grand Junction previously.
