Hi! I’m a recent college grad moving to the Newport Beach area in early July. I’m hoping to find a place walking distance to the beach, ideally on the peninsula, and am pretty set on that area so lmk if you’re looking for something similar!

I would say I’m easygoing, creative, and pretty active. I am super into running/walking so if u like a nice sunset walk I’m your girl. I love being at the beach or just outside whenever I can. I’m also super crafty, I sew all the time and really enjoy any sort of craft, I’m planning on starting a wine + craft night when I move :)

I’m social and love going out with friends, trying new spots, and having fun, but I also really appreciate coming home to a chill, clean space. I’m respectful of shared spaces and good about keeping things low-key during the week.

I’ve lived with roommates for the past 7 years, so I’m clean, considerate, and easy to live with. Overall just looking for a fun, positive, and comfortable home vibe!
