Hey, I’m Tyler. I’m 34, working full-time, and just looking for a solid, normal place to live with good people.

I’m pretty easygoing and straightforward. I like a clean space — especially the kitchen and bathroom — but I’m not obsessive about it either. I enjoy cooking and every now and then I’ll make a good meal and have people around, but I’m not the type to turn the house into a party spot. I also like my downtime and respect other people’s space.

I get along with most people and usually keep things low-key. If something ever comes up, I’d rather just talk about it and keep things smooth instead of letting stuff build up. I’m big on keeping the home environment relaxed and drama-free.

I don’t really drink or smoke, just vape occasionally. I’m into all kinds of music and sometimes pick up my guitar to unwind.

Overall, I’m just looking for a place where everyone respects each other, keeps things reasonably clean, and can coexist without stress. If we get along and can share a meal or conversation once in a while, even better.
