Hi! I’m Yulia. I moved to the U.S. not long ago and I’m currently looking for a calm, clean, and comfortable place to call home. I have a stable job and keep a pretty steady routine, so I’m reliable when it comes to rent and responsibilities. English is not my first language, but I’m learning quickly and I’m easy to communicate with.

I also have a cat — she’s very sweet, calm, and well-behaved. She mostly keeps to herself, sleeps a lot, and loves cozy spots by the window. If you like cats, we’ll probably get along great.

I’m 420-friendly and don’t mind if you smoke, as long as we keep things respectful and comfortable for everyone. I’m also always open to sharing a glass of wine and having a relaxed dinner together sometimes — I think it’s nice when roommates can enjoy a friendly, cozy atmosphere at home.

I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I don’t party, but I enjoy a relaxed and friendly home environment. I respect personal space, but I’m also open to occasional chats, dinners, or hanging out.

Ideally, I’d love to team up with someone to rent a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment together, so we both have our own space and feel comfortable at home.
