I’m a full time car painter been a painter for 5 yrs, I have great renters history I’ve lived in one house for 7 yrs and a good credit score. I have a 2 yr old who I should have visit me one weekend a month on average and the rest id be gone to see her. I’m hardly home since I leave for work 7 am am back by 630 pm and I ride bikes and run daily so I only am home for a little bit shower tidy up and sleep. I’m quiet as I just play video games if I do stay at home and usually have headphones on, I’m very clean
