Hi, I’m Ryan.

I’m clean, respectful, and easy to live with, and I enjoy keeping a calm, well-kept home. I work fully remote, typically 8–5 PST. I’m around during the day, keep a consistent routine, and work from my room rather than shared spaces.

I’m social and enjoy good conversation, but I also respect people’s space and downtime. I’m into art, museums, and music, and I travel a couple of times a year.

I’m currently in a transitional phase and need a place for about 6 months, possibly longer. I’m looking to live with people who are clean, considerate, tidy, and value a comfortable, drama-free living situation.
