I enjoy living with roommate and would be very quiet, respectful and take care of your place. Right now I am living in Ravenswood and the deal was I remodel the kitchen and bathroom (not pay for it) but oversee the construction so they can get more rent.
I also just finished teaching yoga and selling vinyl records online. I am not employed by a Real Estate Investment Group in Wicker Park.
Ok, that’s it for now. I am funny and I did couch surf for awhile until I found this place I am presenting staying. I moved from Seattle, Portland & Austin back home to Chicago to be closer to family. Everyone enjoys my company - I think ; )
