I’m a 39-year-old professional (turning 40 soon!) currently focused on my creative projects and looking for a stable, quiet place to call home. I’m a “keep to myself” type of roommate, very low maintenance, clean in common areas, and I value a peaceful environment.

I spend a lot of my time on my computer working on video game development and creative writing. When I’m not working on projects I’m usually staying low-key or handling personal errands.

I have a well-behaved cat who mostly hangs out in my room with me while I’m at my computer. I’m very clean and stay on top of litter box duties.

Ideal Roommates would be others who are also respectful of personal space and enjoys a chill, drama-free household. I don’t host parties and I’m looking for a spot where everyone can do their own thing in peace.
