Hi, I’m Alexandra, I’m 46. I’m looking for a room to rent as a second residence. My daughter and I currently live with family, and I need a place to be when I’m not here. I don’t make enough to rent alone (all they count is monthly income), but I do have the ability to pay rent upfront. I have an 11-year-old daughter who would visit but not reside there. I would mainly be there during the day and occasionally at night, but rarely overnight. That could change over time, though. I’m very extroverted and outgoing and am comfortable around pretty much anyone.
