We can pay $400–$450 per month. We cannot provide a security deposit or last month’s rent upfront at this time, but we can pay the first month immediately.

We need to move by April 29th. We’re available to view locations and are looking for month-to-month leasing. We need a private bedroom, but are happy to share a house with other peaceful tenants.

We do not own vehicles, so we’re focused on the Seattle area but are flexible on location. I have a steady monthly income of ~$978, and we are cannabis and vape friendly. We may like to have company over sometimes, but we won’t be throwing any parties.
