Howdy! Itsa John :D I’m a very clean person, hoping to room with someone who shares that ideal & is willing to split household chores. I am a night owl, but I acknowledge that most people are asleep late at night, so i try to keep the noise level down. I have a stable income and have never had a problem paying rent on time.
