Hii, a little about myself, I love music and going to concerts. I love to bake and share my pastries, I prefer to cook rather than eating out. I like being out of the house whether it be hiking, beach walks, studying at a coffee shop, thrifting, and sometimes partying. I am a great tenant, I have been renting since I was 17 and have always paid on time, I have a decent credit score and pay bills on time. I am great at budgeting and looking for discounts, I reduced my wifi and phone bill by a little over 50% last year. I have been working in the restaurant industry for 3 years. I am looking for something permanent, moved a little too soon to San Diego so I need it to be affordable.
