Hey! I’m Simone, an incoming FIU student studying music. I’m pretty laid-back, clean, and easy to live with. I keep shared spaces tidy and appreciate a calm, respectful home vibe. Most of my time goes toward music—practicing, studying, and working on projects—so I’d love a place where that’s understood (don’t worry, I’m mindful about noise and timing). Outside of that, I’m friendly and sociable but also enjoy having my own space. Looking for a chill living situation with good communication and respectful roommates. I also have a car, so parking would be great!
