Hi! I am Jayden. I am 20 years old, I have no children & currently getting ready to transfer from PCC to CSUSB. I’m looking for a room for rent or roomate willing to be in the area and surrounding area(s) of San Bernardino. I am a respectful, clean, and easygoing roommate. I’m responsible about paying rent & bills on time, keeping shared spaces tidy, and communicating openly. I’m focused on school and building stability for myself, so I really value having a calm and positive place to live. Drinking, smoking, and having guests around isn’t a problem for me. I would prefer a women-only household if possible, but I’m flexible and open to the right living situation. I’m also ready to move ASAP and can adjust quickly.
