Need a place that can be temporary if necessary or become permanent if things develop differently than planned. I am getting my property management license just in case I need to stay around longer than 3 months for legal matters concerning divorce but I’m trying to prepare to leave the country if things don’t progress positively with the legal stuff. I sell furniture on marketplace right now and have some money put away to cover expenses temporarily as back up. I smoke but not inside. I am getting my motorcycle on the road and that will be my only form of transportation when I do. No pets, no kids, no drama.
