All: I am a 56-year-old male in the process of accepting a full time professional employment position in Cape Girardeau, Missouri, looking for a room in a home or an apartment.

I’m low maintenance. Divorced (with a girlfriend at home), daughters grown and on their own. No pets of my own (don’t care if you have, except I’m terrified of snakes). Don’t smoke. Work a lot. Get up early and usually go to bed fairly early. Clean. Like sports. Will likely be gone most weekends home to West St. Louis County condo (I have an extra bedroom if you ever visit St. Louis). U.S. Army veteran and Kansas State University grad (engineering). I like to fish.

Perfect roomie would be my clone. Perhaps a grad student or teacher at SEMO.
