Hey everyone, I recently matched in San Diego for my doctoral residency. My residency doesn’t start until August so I’m putting out a feeler now. I’m 31, single, no pets.

I’m looking for a roommate situation, I’d prefer to rent a room in someone’s home or condo. I don’t want more than one roommate, I’m so very open to living with a couple! I need my own bedroom and private bath, ideally with W/D in unit. I have a car, so I’ll need a parking space or options to purchase parking. I’m looking for areas in Pacific Beach or Ocean Beach. I’d love to live walkable to water. I’m also open to North Park and other areas depending on the neighborhood. My budget is $1900 including utilities. Please let me know if you have any leads! I plan on arriving August 1st.
