I work from home and put in a lot of hours, so I’m there a lot, but I don’t monopolize common areas. I’m not someone who thinks I need to be besties with someone I’m living with, but getting along better than usual would be great. My point is, I stay to myself a lot and am not the type to ask you about my outfit, bother you in your room, or be hanging out in the kitchen when you are hustling to get to work.

I’d love to find someone willing to put up the other half for a decent, large, private, preferably wooded property. I’ve found several properties on large acre lots I’m looking at. My goal would be one or two maximum other people in one large house.

I’m highly socially aware, and would prefer someone who also understands social cues. Pretty simple, right? I am gay, don’t have many friends, and am pretty quiet. For the right roommate, I’m comfortable covering a higher amount of rent. I didn’t put lgbtq+ friendly even though I’m gay because I have nothing to do with that community, and personally find the state of affairs as concerns that community to be out of hand. I feel like this is an important distinction. Cannabis friendly but the line is drawn there; nothing heavier than that and would expect the same.

Males or females are fine with me. Potential for meeting two people to go in on a really nice house would be great. I’m easy to get along with, clean, and respectful.

Just in case I get more “rooms available” messages I’ll say this now. I’m not looking to live in a cookie cutter neighborhood. I’m interested in being off the grid.
