I hope all is well. My name is Elizabeth and my fiancé, and l are looking for a room to rent. We saw your ad for the available room and we are highly interested. Here is a little about us. I will begin with myself, I am 34 years old, holding a master’s degree in social work. I am currently employed with BronxWorks assisting chronically homeless adults obtain housing, my current work schedule is Monday-Friday with weekends off. I have been employed at my current job since 2018 and have received several promotions. I am currently working towards obtaining my LMSW. Richard (my fiancé) is 33 years old and is currently working as a porter, he has held this position since last year. He is currently working in enrolling in school and working full time. He works Sunday through Friday evening. He is a friendly, knowledgeable and respectful male. We have been together for 10 years, unfortunately due to family circumstances we have not been able to move independently, and we are currently building our credit. In our current living situation, we are renting a small room and are currently looking for a bigger space with a private bathroom. We will mainly be outside of the house with our work schedules and while times in the household we won’t be noticeable.
