Hi everyone! My name is Kate, and I’m looking for a safe, clean room or casita to rent for myself and my daughter (she’s about to turn 3), starting June 1st. We’re currently in Las Vegas and will be relocating to St. George for an amazing job opportunity. I’ll also be finishing my master’s degree in May and wrapping up my BCBA clinical hours soon. We are very respectful, clean, and easygoing. I’ve been working hard over the past few years to build a stable life for us, and we’re finally in the home stretch. I’ve checked Facebook Marketplace, but most listings are geared toward college students or aren’t open to renting to someone with a child. Unfortunately, a full apartment isn’t financially doable right now with childcare costs.
