My name is Jayme. I’m a single woman, 42 years old, relatively new to the East Valley, from California. I’m looking for a private room to rent, ideally month-to-month, in the East Valley. Looking to move mid to late March/April 1st. A little about me: I’m quiet, clean, courteous, and genuinely respectful of shared spaces and boundaries. I work from home in spiritual healing and coaching, so I’m around the house a lot, but very low-key. I pay on time or early, communicate directly/respectfully, and I’m the kind of roommate who keeps to herself but is also a real human being if you want a pleasant conversation. I do have a cat- her name is Waffles 🐱. She is my registered ESA, and I have full documentation. She is litter-trained, fixed, well-behaved, and not destructive. A complete sweetheart. No problem keeping her in my designated area/room if desired. She does NOT need the run of the house. Furnished or unfurnished, both work for me. My budget is flexible depending on what’s included.
