I’m interested in your room for rent and believe I would be a great fit! Some info about me is I’ve lived in South Lake Tahoe for 2 years now as I pursue a Forestry degree at Ltcc. I’ll be here for 2 years at least. In the winters I am a full-time snowboard coach and shoulder seasons I flip between a few different jobs to keep me working full-time but summers I spend in conservation internships with different large organizations like GBI or USFS. Smoking, drinking, and partying is not something I have much time for, nor partake in at my home when I do have time, so that wouldn’t be a problem. I have a 40lb medium sized husky, Myla, who is super friendly with both people and dogs I’m sure you and your puppy will love. Myla is a certified emotional animal and I can provide you all of her esa & vet records if wanted. I have references for my current and past rentals, and a 750 credit score.
